Beautiful two bedroom individual holiday lodges beautifully situated in an elevated position overlooking the river Fechlin and with views towards the Monadhliath mountains.... The lodges are dominated by large floor to ceiling picture windows with stunning uninterupted views. The lodges have gas central heating and a cosy wood burning stove, ensuring that you are warm at any time of year. They are inspected annually by Visit Scotland and graded 4 star. Riverside lodges are non-smoking, this no smoking rule now applies to all Wildside lodges. Pets are welcome, and you will find the area around Whitebridge is ideal for them with lots of suitable choices for dog walking. We do have some dog free lodges, please ask when booking to be sure.

The attractive lounge/dining room looks out to the garden with the bird table centre stage and playing host to a variety of birds from Woodpeckers to Bullfinches and many more. With delightful views over the river to the mountains these cosy lodges are ideal for a restful family holiday or romantic retreat. The lounge has a leather sofa and chairs and is decorated to a high standard throughout. There is also a 32” Led flat screen colour television and DVD Player, "free DVD hire at reception". You will find in each lodge a selection of books and games and a local tourist information pack, also an RSPB bird book is in each lodge to help you name all the birds you see in the garden.

Off the lounge a fitted cream shaker kitchen is equipped with gas hob and fan oven, microwave and ‘fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen is fully equipped; the cupboards are well stocked with Churchill crockery, non stick pans and a full range of cutlery, glassware and cooking equipment, everything you will need for a self catering holiday.

The double and the twin bedrooms have comfortable beds with deluxe mattresses, warm hollow fibre duvets and pillows and fresh linen. Pine or fitted wardrobes and drawers provide adequate storage. The second bedroom in all Riverside lodges have twin beds. A cot and high chair are available on request.

All lodges now have real log fires

The modern bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath with unlimited hot water, bathroom cabinet, shaver point and heated towel radiator. Towels and bath mats are provided.

The lodges are south facing, have a covered or wooden veranda with private lawns to the river bank. Garden chairs and picnic benches are provided to enjoy the beautiful setting. A barbecue with fuel is available for hire from reception.
